While Puppet Laurieate strives to provide accurate product/services and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. In addition, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Puppet Laurieate reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or discounted in error, Puppet Laurieate shall have the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, to refuse or cancel any purchased orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Puppet Laurieate will issue a credit to your credit card as your sole and exclusive remedy if permissible under applicable law. Pricing/Discounts
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. “Sale” prices and percentage savings offered by Puppet Laurieate are discounts from Puppet Laurieate “Regular” prices. The “Regular” price of an item is the former or future offered price for the item or a comparable item by Puppet Laurieate. Actual sales may not have been made at the “Regular” price, and intermediate markdowns may have been taken. Merchandise, if available, on our Website could be offered at the same or lower “Sale” prices during future promotional events beginning on or after the last day of an advertised promotion. Clearance merchandise are excluded from “Entire Stock” promotions on our Website. In some events, actual savings may exceed the percent savings shown. Puppet Laurieate reserves the right to offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items, unless noted in that item’s description or through a separate purchase agreement. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. Puppet Laurieate reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is subject to Wisconsin law, without regard to its choice of law provisions, and suit, if any, must be brought exclusively within the courts of the State of Wisconsin, Dane County. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wisconsin.
